Christian left the common room with Peter returning later so he didn't totally joss himself, checking out the doors lining the hall. "They all have numbers, like this used to be a hotel or something," he said, trying the doors. And what do you know, door 226 opened up. How convenient.

"Never done a whole school," Christian said. "That'd be a little much, even for me. Why don't I show you?" He set down his beer and took hold of Peter's shoulders, trying to pull him against him for a kiss.

He was seeing someone. And he was supposed to be stopping the bomb. But the day's events had him feeling turned upside down and damn if physical contact didn't make it better.

Besides, if he succeeded in stopping the bomb Niki would never know they'd been together in the first place.

And not like Christian would let a possible drag-queen boyfriend/girlfriend stop him. So when Peter didn't pull away, he took this as a good sign, and tried to deepen the kiss.

Peter was okay with that. Might as well be hung for a lion, right? He kissed back, figuring if he was going to end it all tomorrow, he might as well enjoy tonight.
