Room 226, all day Thursday

While Isabel did her own packing upstairs, Wyatt was finishing packing in his own room. He'd already orbed a lot of stuff home, leaving the important stuff to be taken along on the road trip. He was stalling, just a bit, distracting himself by checking his email and looking up places online they might visit on their trip.

[Goodbye post -- meant to have this up much earlier, but I was traveling all day. May be SP at times because my parents will pout at me for being on the computer while I'm home. Late pings are fine. :) ]

"Probably off-island," Bridge says. "We'd have to find someplace where it'd actually be legal, for starters," he points out.

"The great state of California took care of that," Wyatt said. "'Course, I knew that was going to happen because it's no big deal in the future I'm from."

"So did I," Bridge points out. "I was born the same year as Chris, remember?"

Wyatt nodded. "Yeah, you're older than him, and younger than him at the same time," he said. "Makes my head hurt sometimes."

"Juuuust a little," Bridge says with a nod. "Also? I feel I should warn you. We... kind of asked Isabel to help us out with the whole planning thing."

Wyatt's eyes widened. "Dude. Thanks for the warning. I'm going to have to hide for the duration, I think. If I touch the wrong thing or get in her way she'll kill me."

"No problem," Bridge says. "And good luck with that one, dude."

"I've seen how she gets at Christmas," Wyatt grinned. "Planning a wedding? She's going to be out of control."

"She's already threatened to harass me about colour choices," Bridge grins. "It's going to be an interesting month."

"She'll do an awesome job," Wyatt said. "Just obey and stay out of the way."

"So noted," Bridge snickers. "She's already promised that neither of us is gonna end up in a dress, so I'm good."

"She can probably find plenty of places out in Vegas to buy a white gown in Xander's size," Wyatt pointed out.
